The Chicken Heart is a gorgeous cream or ivory color pepper that produces a nice fat little pepper with strong heat. Also known as a Hinkelhatz Pepper, this pepper is a Dutch Heirloom pepper that has been grown for a long, long time. It's a crazy name for one of our favorite peppers.
